When Lauren described to me how she met Justin, Rihanna’s lyrics ‘We Found Love in a Hopeless Place’ were used.

Justin and Lauren were both staffed on a project in Dallas, TX for work. Neither knew each other but bonded over the difficulty of the project and quickly hit it off. When looking back on her time in Dallas, the one positive thing that came from the experience was meeting Justin.

Once back in Chicago, Lauren kept in touch with Justin who lived in Detroit. It wasn’t until one weekend she decided to visit him in Detroit that things really took off between them. The weekend together was completely reaffirming of their connection and things continued from there.

Flash forward a year of long distance, a move and a surprise proposal.. here we are. Justin and Lauren are in Chicago together and cannot wait to be husband and wife.

For their engagement session, we met at Milton Olive Park in Chicago. These two are seriously so cute together and I can’t wait for their big day in 2020!
