I was so excited to hear when Brian & Elizabeth announced that they were expecting.  Brian and Elizabeth’s wedding was in my first real summer of wedding photography on my own.  Since then, Elizabeth has been wonderful and has recommended me and spread my  name to several others.  I would venture to say that Elizabeth has sent at least 7 brides my way since I first worked with her.  I have also taken photos of Brian, Elizabeth and Bella (their little dog) since they got married.  However, taking pictures of their fur baby compared to their newborn baby was way less exciting.  It was wonderful to meet their little girl, Sylvia, and take her newborn pictures.  She was all about them in the way that she wanted to see what was going on… and would not possibly fall asleep.  Elizabeth and I tried many different ways to get her to sleep throughout the session but it wasn’t until the end that she finally gave in and fell asleep. Those last couple of photos are my favorite, to see her little relaxed face and her body all snuggled up on the blue blanket.  She is so adorable!
