As soon as we pulled up to the house, we could practically taste the delicious smell of chicken kabobs cooking on the grill. Inside the house sat a dining room table covered in delicious cheeses, sweets and fruits all prepared by Chef Brett Lehmann. In the back yard was a white canopy tent that contained a full bar, cute tables to sit and a lovely playlist of music for guests to enjoy.
Larry, a close friend to my family, moved into his new home just a couple of months ago. He decided to throw a house warming party for all of friends new and old. There were guests from Champaign all the way to Florida. I knew when Larry said we were invited to a party at his home it would be nothing short of amazing… and that it was!
Just as the party was a success, so was the food. Brett Lehmann is fairly new to the catering world but you would never know it. The food was all freshly prepared and was phenomenal. Out of all of the options, my sister and I couldn’t step away from the fruit tarts. John who isn’t much of a sweets guy agreed and I’m pretty sure had two himself! Brett was hard working throughout the party, making sure food was restocked and available for guests. I would highly recommend Brett for events, small weddings or any kind of get together.
