Friday Feels
Friday Feels is a bit late today! I’m in Champaign prepping for a wedding at the Champaign Country Club tomorrow with one of my absolute favorite couples. I drove down yesterday for an engagement session and had last night and today to spend time with some of my friends and get caught on up on work… oh, and relax a bit 🙂 I hope you all have a fabulous weekend and enjoy this week’s Friday Feels!
My Family.
The more I grow up, the more I realize how special it is to have the relationship that I do with my family. Although I am now over six hours from my parents and my sister, I am so grateful for the facetimes and phone conversations we take part in each week. I can’t wait until Thanksgiving when we’re all together again!
Dip Nails.
I began this obsession a couple of months ago and just can’t quite kick it. Being a photographer, I am always self conscious of my nails and want to make sure they look nice as I am always using my hands to snap photos and direct my clients. In the past, I’ve used regular paint, no chip, acrylic.. you name it. Well, earlier this year I began getting my nails done at Xpressions Salon in Champaign and am obsessed. It’s a powder dip nail and lasts almost a month each time! Not to mention, it’s just such an experience getting them done.
Dos Reales.
One of the BEST things about being back in Champaign so often is the ability to get my Dos Reales fix. If you know me at all, you know that Mexican food is the way to my heart. Especially Dos. Tonight, I had Dos with Morgan and Maddie and indulged in way too many chips and queso. For my health, it’s probably best that I can no longer have it any time that I want!
