We walked into the Burr Ridge Club to find the ultimate bridal suite. Music bumping, champagne poured and the flutter of bridesmaids prepping for the day. Brooke was in the corner, in her beautiful bridal robe getting her makeup done for her wedding day.
Brooke’s dress was hung beautifully on the high window beams and made such a statement. My second shooter Maddie and I instantly knew it was going to be one of our favorite wedding dresses ever. While the dress looked pretty hanging on the window, it looked absolutely incredible when Brooke put it on.
The look on Dan’s face when he saw his bride walk down the aisle said it all. His smile never went away from the instant the church doors opened to the time we left at the end of the evening.
I loved how much Dan doted on his bride. I loved how he would randomly kiss her cheek or insist on helping her carry her dress up the stairs. It was so sweet how he knew she would want photos under the lights outside at night.
Dan and Brooke’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Despite the chance of thunderstorms, we had a wonderful fall day with not even a drop of rain. I was so grateful to be a part of their special day and am excited to share my favorite photos from it!
