Nash and Lauren are an adorable couple who live in Champaign and both work at Carle.  They enjoy spending time with their pups Minnie and Noodle and obviously spending time with each other! We met for their engagement photos at Lake of the Woods in Mahomet, IL on a perfect fall evening.  Nash and Lauren were both  a little nervous before the session so I made sure to tell them my embarrassing stories of being on the other side of the camera and how uncomfortable I was.  Once we began taking pictures, they both loosened up and realized that working with me made it a lot of fun and that there was no need to feel nervous!  We spent our time talking about how their wedding planning is going and all of the little details that are going into it. Nash is a comic book lover so incorporating little elements of that into their wedding is a must.  In addition to wedding talk, we also spent a lot of time chatting about their dogs and my dog.  Funny enough, after spending so much time talking about their pups during our session… a couple of days afterwards John, Bear and I ran into them at the dog park! I loved being able to officially meet Noodle and Minnie and see them adventuring at the park. It was also neat to see Lauren and Nash doing something together that they love to do.  I really enjoyed working with this couple and already cannot wait for their special day.
