“He loved her so we loved her too.”

It was just before dinner, Colin’s parents were in the center of the ballroom saying a few words. They started by recalling when they met their daughter’s now husband. “She loved him, so we loved him too.” They then went on to talk about their older son with his now wife. “He loved her, so we loved her too”.

And then to Colin and Dina.

Colin’s parents recalled meeting Dina as well as Dina’s family and knowing, “he loves them, so we love them too”.

Hearing these words and witnessing the love throughout their entire wedding day was so special. Colin and Dina are such a deserving couple and their wedding day showed that. From their intimate jewish ceremony with immediate family all the way to the lively hora dance at their reception, it was a perfect day.
