Christmas Engagement in Chicago, Brendon & Carlie, Chicago IL

It was Christmas Eve last year. Brendon knew that Carlie always enjoyed Christmas time but wanted to give her another reason to absolutely love it. He picked out a ring and prepared to propose. After around two years with Carlie, he knew that she was the girl he wanted to spend forever with. He got down on one knee on Christmas Eve and asked her to marry him.

Since then, Brendon and Carlie have been busy renovating their adorable home. We decided for their engagement photos to incorporate Christmas as it’s truly significant to them as a couple. We also wanted to show off their updated new home. Oh, and of course… their beloved pup!

Initially, Brendon wasn’t too sure about all of the cutesy engagement poses but after a little while I could see him starting to relax. He snuggled up by the Christmas tree with Carlie despite his reservations, couldn’t help but look smitten over Carlie. And who wouldn’t be, Carlie’s infectious smile is one of my favorites. I love their engagement photos and already can’t wait for their wedding in 2018!
