It was September 30, 2017. Paul and Caroline met up on a blind date. When most think of blind dates, they think meeting for drinks or a singular activity. Paul and Caroline’s first date consisted of not only a fancy dinner at Nando Milanos in downtown Champaign but also mini-golf prior to! Somewhere during all of their blind date activities, these two hit it off and the rest was history. It was just a little over two years later that Paul surprised Caroline with a perfect proposal in their neighborhood park.

Like so many couples, these two were supposed to get married in 2020 but the world had other plans. Paul and Caroline pushed their wedding back to 2021 but have enjoyed their time being an engaged couple. For their engagement photos, we met at Allerton Park in Monticello near where Caroline grew up. I loved working with these two and getting to meet their precious pup, Osky.

I can’t wait to be a part of their wedding in August of this year!
